Q: How soon will you mail my gift card to my gift recipient or me?
A: Provided we do not have any questions regarding your order, all gift card orders are processed and mailed within approximately 48-72 hours. This processing time excludes weekends and holidays.
Q: How soon will I receive my order?
A: Although the estimated delivery time for First-Class Mail according to the U.S. Postal Service is 2-5 business days (i.e., excluding weekends and holidays), PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY OF YOUR GIFT CARD ORDER. This 7-10 business day delivery estimate is due to inconsistent delivery times some of our customers have experienced in different areas of the country. GiftCards4Less.com is not responsible for the U.S. Postal Service transit time. Delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods. Please note that delivery times do not include processing time; processing time for most gift card orders is approximately three business days.
Q: How will my order ship?
A: Gift cards are mailed via the U.S. Postal Service at no charge to you -- the shipping is on us! When your order ships, you will receive an email via PayPal that includes the shipment date and a tracking number. All gift cards are mailed by either First-Class Certified Mail or Registered Mail. A signature is required upon delivery.
Q: When I receive the tracking number via Paypal for my shipment, what does that mean?
A: When you receive the tracking number for your package, that is our way of letting you know that the processing of your order is complete and that your order will be shipped with that tracking number. Simply visit the U.S. Postal Service website at www.usps.com and enter your tracking number to get a status update for your shipment. The first entry you will see for your tracking number is the acceptance of your package at a U.S.P.S. facility on the specified date and at the specified time.
Once your package has shipped, PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE DELIVERY OF YOUR GIFT CARD ORDER. Sometime during this 7-10 business day time period, you should see an entry for your tracking number indicating that either your U.S.P.S. mail carrier attempted delivery and left you a notice regarding the arrival of your package or that your order was delivered.
Q: Do you offer express delivery of gift cards?
A: Express delivery of gift cards is available for an additional fee. Please email us at GiftCardServices@GiftCards4Less.com for additional information.
Q: Do you offer international delivery of gift cards?
A: International delivery of gift cards to Canada is available for an additional fee. Please email us at GiftCardServices@GiftCards4Less.com for more information.
Q: Sending As a Gift?
A: If you're sending your purchase as a gift we offer you the ability to create a personalized gift message and choose from a selection of free gift papers to accompany your gift.
Q: When I purchase a gift card from your website, what style/theme of the merchant's gift card will I receive?
A: Typically the gift card images on the www.giftcards4less.com website represent the gift cards that we currently have in stock. Therefore, the gift card you receive will usually match the image of the gift card that you see on our website. However, gift card styles/colors/themes for any given merchant may change as we restock our inventory of gift cards. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the specific style/color/theme of the gift card that you receive.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. Each gift card has a unique gift card number, and gift cards are considered the same as cash.
Therefore, gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
